Senior Clientside Quantity Surveyor - Saudi Arabia - to 55KSA Dir PCM
We have an exciting opportunity to join a well established clientside project team in Saudi Arabia on a large scale defence project. Due to an expansion of an existing commission there is an opportunities for 2 Senior [Associate Level] Quantity Surveyor’s with commercial management experience.
The person will join an established team seconded into a client organisation to work on a large (US$1billion) scheme in the defence sector. Reporting directly to the Clients Head of Construction on all matters the project is currently just through schematic design with ambitious plans to commence works on site this calendar year on a fully funded programme.
MRICS is essential
5 – 7 years PQE preferred but not essential
Some defence sector experience preferred.
Flexible team player with the ability to be malleable to suit the demands of a demanding client.
To be discussed on an individual basis but will include Basic (based on enhancement of UK salary), Accommodation Allowance, Car Allowance, Flight Allowance and Medical Cover.

Clientside Project Director - London - to £60k plus package
This is a great opportunity to join this successful, profitable, modern consultancy business in their Central London office as a Project Director. You will be expected to lead the client through a
large scale brownfield residential development with full responsibility for all aspects of the project.
You will be responsible for encompassing all of the technical aspects of a Project Management role whilst managing other members of staff of varying technical ability; therefore you should have excellent management skills and the ability to motivate and develop others.
